Cameron Bernard is an associate with Foulston’s litigation and employment practice group in the firm’s Kansas City office. Cameron’s practice areas include insurance defense, employment disputes, governmental liability, and appellate practice. He practices before both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.
Cameron has successfully obtained favorable settlements, dismissals, and judgments on behalf of his clients. Whether guiding clients through litigation for the first time or representing those familiar with the process, Cameron develops a thorough understanding of their needs to effectively advocate for their position, providing both a compelling defense and informative insight. Cameron has also provided governmental and healthcare organizations with legal consultations on a diverse range of issues.
Before joining Foulston, Cameron was a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals and practiced at a reputable defense firm in Topeka. He was recently selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Litigation.
Outside work, Cameron enjoys reading, golfing, and sitting around a fire with friends. But most of all, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
