Foulston Siefkin LLP Partner Scott Nehrbass Named Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Foulston Siefkin LLP trial lawyer and partner Scott Nehrbass has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), which admits fewer than 1% of U.S. attorneys. With more than 30 years of handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters for corporate and individual clients, Scott is an experienced first-chair trial lawyer in Kansas and Missouri.

LCA Fellows must be nominated and are evaluated based on accomplishment in litigation at both the trial and appellate levels as well as a superior ethical reputation. Scott’s general civil litigation practice includes class actions and arbitrations in areas ranging from noncompete and healthcare to real estate and other complex business and commercial disputes. He has built a significant practice in ERISA and noncompete/restrictive covenant law.

Scott is also deeply engaged in Kansas bar and trial-lawyer organizations. He is the immediate past president of the Kansas Bar Foundation and has served as president of the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel and chair of the Johnson County Bar Association’s civil litigation section. He is a member of the Johnson County Bar Foundation’s board of trustees.

A double Jayhawk, Scott earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Kansas.
