Kevin Arnel To Become Foulston Interim Managing Partner

WICHITA, KAN. – Foulston partner Kevin Arnel will become the firm’s interim managing partner Jan. 1, 2023, as current managing partner Jason Lacey departs to join Foulston client and independent insurance broker IMA Financial Group’s legal team. Arnel, who served as Foulston managing partner for eight years prior to Lacey, will remain interim until the firm’s managing partner and other leadership elections are held in the normal course of business later this year. Lacey will split his time between the two firms for a period of time to help ensure a smooth transition.
