The firm served as counsel for Murfin, Inc., the landlord and owner, in the development of a 7 story Class A multi-tenant commercial office building, approximately 80,000 square feet in the Waterfront Development. This is the largest commercial building built in Wichita in over 20 years. The firm’s role included counsel for the owner/landlord in construction contracts, diligence and leasing negotiations with anchor tenant and other lessees.
