Paul A. Breer

Paul Breer is special counsel with Foulston’s litigation team in the firm’s Kansas City office. His practice focuses on construction law, where he represents project owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in all aspects of litigation. Paul additionally serves a wide range of individuals and businesses through his civil and commercial litigation practice, including professional malpractice defense. 

Before entering private practice in Kansas City, Paul interned for the Hon. Judge Joseph Ellis in the Missouri Court of Appeals. Paul’s experience has been recognized by his peers, and he was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America^® for 2021-2025 in the areas of Construction Litigation, Medical Malpractice Law, and Personal Injury Defense. Additionally, Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers^® named Paul to the “Rising Star” list for 2022-2024 in the area of Civil Litigation.

Outside of his law practice, Paul loves going on walks with his wife Michelle and their two dogs, traveling to the Pacific Northwest, and reading and writing.
