Jeremy Koehler is an associate with Foulston’s litigation practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. Jeremy assists clients in a broad range of commercial litigation, including creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, foreclosure actions, contractual disputes with suppliers, and protecting clients from improper use of trade secrets and unfair competition. He handles complex litigation matters in both jury and bench trials before state, federal, and appellate courts.
Jeremy received his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. He was raised in Wichita, where he completed the International Baccalaureate program at Wichita High School East, and where he and his wife, Audrey, and their daughter currently reside. Outside the office, Jeremy enjoys jogging, cooking and baking, and cheering on the Royals, Chiefs, and Shockers.
