Oliver Reappointed by Kansas Supreme Court

Foulston partner James (Jim) Oliver has been reappointed to a three-year term on the Attorney Admissions Review Committee by the Kansas Supreme Court. This is the third term appointment Jim will serve for the committee. The committee, composed of three practicing attorneys, reviews applications of individuals seeking to practice law in the state and makes recommendations to the Kansas Board of Law Examiners. He will serve until June 30, 2023.
