(DCI), a privately owned developer of banking software, in the acquisition of the TeleWeb suite of Internet and mobile banking software products from the ProfitStars® division of Jack Henry & Associates in Allen, Texas. The firm’s role included negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreement and related transaction documents and related business and tax issues. The acquisition is one of DCI’s most significant, continuing a major strategic growth expansion for DCI in the bank technology industry.
