Assisted Wichita State Innovation Alliance with the development of a 120 acre Innovation Campus. Wichita State University's Innovation Campus is an interconnected community of partnership buildings where organizations establish operations and reap the rewards of the university's vast resources: laboratories that give students access to real-world applications and the training needed to effortlessly assimilate into the workforce; a community makerspace that provides access to technology and services that facilitate product development; and mixed-use areas that provide everyone with a place to learn, work, live and play. Development of the Innovation Campus is planned to include a Business School, Innovation Center, Student Community Center, Experiential Engineering building, one hotel, one retail center, six mixed use buildings, three parking garages, and nine partnership buildings over the next five years. Foulston Siefkin has been involved in the Development of the Innovation Campus as well as the transactions related to the individual buildings to be constructed.
