The one-time registration fee is $250 and includes live and recorded access and downloadable materials for all sessions in the webinar series. If you are seeking continuing education credit, please review the details in the Certification section below.

Who Should Attend
The 2025 Employment Law Institute is designed for human resource professionals, business owners, executives, managers, and in-house lawyers. Enrollment is open for corporate and government counsel. Attorneys in private practice require prior approval.
Certification
Each session in the 2025 Employment Law Institute series will be submitted for preapproval of HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, and SPHRi™ recertification through the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). Foulston Siefkin LLP is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). The series sessions will also be submitted for preapproval of continuing legal education (CLE) credit for attorneys in Kansas and Missouri.
Please identify your continuing education (CE) preferences in your registration. We will distribute SHRM activity numbers, HRCI activity numbers, and certificates of completion via email after verifying participation and attendance for the full hour(s) in the sessions. We will submit Kansas CLE credit for virtual attendees who requested it after verifying participation and attendance for the full hour(s) in the live webinar sessions. Missouri CLE is self-reporting.
Note: Virtual attendees who wish to receive CE credit must (1) attend the webinar's live presentation and (2) attend individually on their own device using the link received in the registration confirmation. Registrants who (1) view the recorded version of the presentation or (2) join the live webinar with a group or other person on a shared device are not eligible for CE credit.
