Andrew Z. Foreman

Andrew Foreman, based in Foulston’s Topeka office, is an attorney in the firm’s northeast Kansas transactional practice group. He works with clients on a range of business, tax, real estate, and estate planning matters, with experience in litigation and government affairs research as well. Andrew’s strong business, accounting, tax, and entrepreneurial background gives him the perspective to understand business owners’ concerns and help manage and mitigate risk.

Before joining Foulston, Andrew interned at a law firm and two CPA firms, where he worked on a variety of legal matters and prepared entity tax returns. Prior to law school, Andrew organized and led student teams to place in regional and international business competitions while in business school. Briefly, he even ran a startup company focused on sustainable protein production.   

Andrew is a board member for Ignite Hybrid School, a part-time private school in Topeka and volunteers and teaches Sunday School at his church, Lion & Lamb. When not practicing law, Andrew enjoys tending to his garden and chickens with his wife and daughter while the weather allows. When the air turns frosty, Andrew enjoys reading and planning for his spring garden.
