Trial Lawyer Brian Boos Joins Foulston Siefkin's Overland Park Office

OVERLAND PARK, KAN. – Experienced litigator Brian Boos has joined Foulston Siefkin LLP as of July 31, 2023. Boos brings 35 years of experience representing individuals and corporations in complex insurance and commercial litigation to Foulston’s employment and litigation practice group, increasing Foulston’s Overland Park-based total attorneys to 25.
Previously in private practice with two Kansas City firms, Boos has tried more than 90 cases to verdict, handled nearly 100 appeals, and obtained dozens of favorable arbitration awards for his clients. He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel as well as the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations. He also serves on the board of directors for the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers. Boos earned his Bachelor of Science in political science from Missouri Western State University and his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law.
