Litigator Mckenzie Meradith Joins Foulston Siefkin LLP Wichita Office

WICHITA, Kan. – Attorney Mckenzie Meradith has joined Foulston’s litigation practice group and will practice in the firm’s Wichita office. Meradith brings first-hand experience in the judicial system, serving most recently as a law clerk for the Hon. Chief Justice Susan L. Christensen of the Iowa Supreme Court.
Meradith earned her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton, she was a judicial extern in the US District Court for the District of Nebraska for the Hon. Brian C. Buescher. She also clerked for a law firm for two years, assisting with corporate, litigation, and estate planning matters. During law school, Meradith’s honors and activities include serving as managing editor of the Creighton Law Review, the CALI Award for Excellence in multiple classes, 2021 Creighton School of Law Moot Court first place team, and president of Creighton’s Law Ambassadors.
Meradith also earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science magna cum laude from Iowa State University, getting a start on her legal career with the Story County Attorney’s office as a victim-witness intern during that time.
