About
Community Involvement
Contributing to the communities in which we work and live is one of Foulston Siefkin’s core values. Foulston’s attorneys have been leaders in various philanthropic endeavors for more than 100 years. Our attorneys actively give back by volunteering time and lending financial support to a range of organizations. Many Foulston attorneys serve on the boards of civic, charitable, and community organizations that enhance the regions where our offices are located (Kansas City, Topeka, and Wichita) and the broader Midwest. Our involvement is wide-ranging, as we support charitable organizations in areas including improved healthcare, educational opportunities, youth programs, and community outreach.
Our community involvement includes support of diversity and inclusion efforts in legal professional organizations, local and state bar associations, local chambers of commerce, other local, state, and national business and professional groups, and faith-based organizations. Firm attorneys participate in the Wichita Regional Chamber’s CEO Roundtable addressing diversity and inclusion initiatives and the Kansas-City-based Allies for Racial Justice, a partnership of two churches seeking to eliminate the racial divide.
We recognize and act upon our firm and individual obligations to serve the bar and the communities where we work and live.
