Paul Renyer is an associate attorney in Foulston’s transactional and business law practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. Paul focuses his practice on representing businesses and their owners in a wide variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract preparation, securities transactions, creation and termination of business entities, and general corporate matters. Paul has represented clients in a variety of industries on both the buy and sell side of mergers and acquisitions, including advertising, aerospace, agriculture, franchising, insurance, manufacturing, personal services, and retail.
Prior to joining Foulston Siefkin, Paul earned his commission in the U. S. Army. After graduating from the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course and several other training courses, including Ranger School and Airborne School, Paul went on to serve as platoon leader for two scout platoons in the 101st Airborne Division.
Outside of the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading, and watching movies.
