Profile

Kyle Steadman is the practice group chair of Foulston’s litigation practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. With more than 25 years’ experience as a trial lawyer, Kyle has managed a broad range of commercial and complex cases throughout his career. He represents clients in product liability cases, construction cases, annexation disputes, business disputes, professional liability cases, insurance defense cases, oil and gas litigation, and probate litigation. Kyle is routinely retained to serve as a mediator in civil cases ranging from personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and complex commercial matters. 

Kyle was recognized by Best Lawyers® as the 2020 and 2025 Wichita Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants “Lawyer of the Year.” He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® and the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list. He enjoys Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory’s highest “AV” rating for lawyers reflecting exemplary professional expertise, experience, and stature. 

Outside the office, Kyle and his wife, Shelly enjoy entertaining family and friends, cooking and making pizzas in their outdoor wood-fired oven.
