Foulston Siefkin LLP Partner Jeremy Graber Accepted for Trust and Estate Attorney Leadership Program

TOPEKA, Kan. – Foulston Siefkin LLP business and tax attorney Jeremy Graber has been selected to take part in the Heart of America Institute (HOA) program offered by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Jeremy, the firm’s Topeka partner-in-charge, also co-chairs the transactional practice group for the firm’s Topeka and Kansas City offices. He works with companies of all sizes, owners and executives, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals, handling transactional matters, real estate, and other business matters in addition to trust and estate planning.
The HOA Institute is an intensive leadership and professional development program for trust and estate attorneys. Attorneys in this program are often under consideration to become Fellows in ACTEC. Jeremy has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© as the 2025 Topeka Litigation – Trusts and Estates “Lawyer of the Year” and 2025 Topeka Trusts and Estates “Lawyer of the Year” in addition to recognition for his corporate and tax experience.
Jeremy is a graduate of Leadership Greater Topeka and was honored in 2021 as a Jayhawk Quivira Council Topeka 20 Under 40 class member. He is currently a member of the Downtown Topeka, Inc. board.
A double Jayhawk, Jeremy graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Kansas School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with Highest Distinction from the University of Kansas.
