Certification
The 2024 Health Law Institute will be submitted for preapproval of continuing legal education (CLE) credit for attorneys in Kansas and Missouri.
Please identify your continuing education (CE) preferences in your registration, and we will follow up accordingly. We will submit Kansas CLE credit for virtual attendees after verifying attendance time and participation in the live webinar presentations. In-person attendees will receive affidavits to complete and return on-site, which we will submit to the Kansas CLE Commission as the provider. Missouri CLE is self-reporting. Certificates of completion will be distributed via email after verifying full-time attendance and participation in the live sessions.
Note: Virtual attendees who wish to receive CE credit must (1) attend the webinar's live presentations and (2) attend individually on their own device using the webinar link we will e-mail prior to the event. Registrants who (1) view the recorded version of the presentation or (2) join the live presentation with a group or other person on a shared device are not eligible for CE credit.
