Justan R. Shinkle, Partner

Mr. Shinkle practices primarily in the health care regulatory and health care transactional areas, representing hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, physician medical practices, and other health care providers. Mr. Shinkle regularly works with health care clients on matters relating to operational, regulatory, reimbursement, and compliance issues, including the Stark law, fraud and abuse, individual and facility licensure, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Kansas Association of Hospital Attorneys, and the Kansas and Wichita Bar Associations.
