  • Mr. Peck’s work at Foulston Siefkin has been primarily in water rights transactional work, including buying, selling, changing, and preserving water rights and representing clients before the Division of Water Resources of the Kansas State Department of Agriculture. His clients have included cities, industries, golf courses, farmers, developers, and estates.
