Frederick L. Haag, Retired
Mr. Haag retired as a partner from Foulston Siefkin in 2006 after 38 years with the firm. Throughout his career, he focused his practice on workers compensation and employment related claims. His primary legal representation included employers, self-insureds, third party administrators, and workers compensation insurance carriers. Mr. Haag enjoyed Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory’s highest "AV" rating for lawyers and was listed in the Best Lawyers in America. Over the years he had been a member of the Governor’s Advisory Committee on workers compensation and a Medical Cost Containment Task Force member. Prior to his retiring, Mr. Haag was a chapter editor of the Kansas Bar Association’s Handbook on Workers Compensation, and he frequently lectured for the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Haag drafted legislation for clients and appeared before legislative committees on workers compensation in the Kansas legislature.
