Eric M. Pauly, Partner

Mr. Pauly focuses his practice on taxation, general business, and real estate matters. He uses his tax background to assist entrepreneurs in selecting and forming the entity that best meets their objectives. He helps business owners on contract and real estate matters ranging from day to day operations to transactions. Eric is also skilled at completing mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions in a tax efficient manner.

Eric represents clients in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and Kansas Department of Revenue with the goal of achieving a quick and favorable resolution. He frequently works with accountants to create integrated strategies for clients confronting tax authorities.

Eric also has significant experience providing advice on wind energy projects, including reviewing and negotiating easements and leases and advising on zoning, permitting, PILOT agreements, and other county agreements.
