Amanda M. Wilwert, Associate

Ms. Wilwert is a member of the firm’s health care practice group and assists health care providers in responding to patient care issues, treatment issues, consent issues, bioethics issues, and regularly advises providers on risk management, HIPAA, EMTALA, the conditions of participation, conditions of coverage, and state licensure. Additionally, Ms. Wilwert assists in litigation in areas such as hospital and physician regulation, reimbursement, and professional malpractice.
